The Big Lottery Fund ("BIG") is seeking an organisation to deliver the complex evaluation and learning services contract and enable the Fund's grant holders to share their learning and improve practice, and to identify what works well, for whom and in what circumstances within the Fund's Fulfilling Lives: A Better Start Programme.The Fulfilling Lives: A Better Start Programme is a funding initiative of up to GBP 165 m, investing in a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 geographic areas in England where each geographic area runs a variety of programmes and approaches that are shown to improve social and emotional development and must cover such interventions as language development; diet and nutrition of babies and children from pregnancy to three years of age.The successful provider will be required:— to deliver evaluation and learning services within the Fund's Programme and for the benefits of its beneficiaries,— to provide the evidence and continuous learning and improvement of delivery outcomes for the benefit of our grant holders throughout the life of the grant programme.The details of our requirements are set out in our ITT available at: http://www.biglotteryfund.org.uk/index/aboutuk/procurement_portal.htm
