The Big Lottery Fund ("BIG") is seeking a suitably qualified Service Provider (or consortium of Service Providers) to provide support and development services to successful grant beneficiaries for its Fulfilling Lives: Supporting people with multiple and complex needs - Support and Development Contract.The Fund is investing up to GBP 112m in up to twelve areas of England to improve the lives of people experiencing multiple and complex needs. We are defining this as people who are experiencing at least two of: homelessness, reoffending, problematic substance misuse and mental ill health (Programme). The Fund also intends to “improve the pathways” for the funding initiative beneficiaries through ensuring that lessons learnt from the funding inform provision and attitudes outside the areas of investment and beyond the life of the funding itself.BIG is looking for an experienced Service Provider to deliver a support and development package that will achieve the following objectives.— Support and challenge the 12 funded partnerships with expert knowledge over the term of the funding initiative in order to ensure the production of robust and informed business plans (to be submitted every two years by the projects) that can deliver the aims and outcomes of the funding initiative.— To keep the partnerships informed and equipped with the knowledge to navigate barriers and maintain the momentum to provide the ambitious system change and learning outcomes we are seeking to achieve including where necessary helping projects to make connections with relevant stakeholders at local and national levels.— To provide national networking and policy support, influencing policy and encouraging the sustainability of successful interventions we fund.
