The Borough Council currently owns and operates the rather dilapidated Saltergate multi storey car park in the centre of Chesterfield. The Borough Council is inviting tenders for the undertaking of a Full Options Appraisal Report to be presented to the Council which will •Identify fully costed options/potential solutions for the regeneration of Saltergate Multi-storey car park, to include as a minimum oStructural Repairs oLighting, oParking Equipment, oElevators oSecurity oAccess/Egress oSignage & Tarriffs oAesthetics o& Compliance •Undertake a full intrusive structural survey to inform the above report. The report will provide the information necessary to enable the council to make a suitable decision on the future of the car park. PROCUREMENT OUTPUT: A fully researched Options Appraisal Report to be presented by the successful supplier to Council Representatives. Anticipated work to take place between 24/08/15 - 27/11/2015.
