Cardiff University require a fully automated peptide synthesiser, capable of sequential iaddition of amino acids to a resin and capable of performing all intermediate washing and activation steps. The system is primarily for the rapid production of various ~30-mer peptides and will be used directly by postgraduate research students rather than by specialist technical staff. The University does not require resin loading or cleaving capabilities.To improve the yield and decrease synthesis time for individual peptides, the University requires the capability to heat reactions.The university is interested in an extended warranty package to a total of five years cover.
