NSAH (Alliance Homes) Limited (Alliance Homes) is a Registered Provider in North Somerset. It has developed a reputation for enabling the procurement of high quality, cost efficient photo-voltaic solutions via its self-funded photovoltaic panel framework which has been used by numerous public sector entities across the UK to install over 100 000 panels over the past five years.Alliance Homes is now seeking to appoint one developer partner to a framework agreement, accessible by all UK public sector entities as detailed in Section VI.3, to deliver a fully-funded roof-top photovoltaic solution across the UK public sector property portfolio.Alliance Homes is currently re-tendering its successful self-funded model framework (see OJEU Notice 2015/S-033-056490) and is currently running an EWI framework agreement (pursuant to OJEU Notice number 2013/S-074-123396).The framework will provide a complete solution to public sector entities seeking to secure projects for the generation of electricity and will include the development, design, funding, installation and operation of Installations as a one-stop shop in accordance with DECC and all other legislative requirements. It is envisaged at present that call-off contracts will range from 500 kW to 100 mW+ on individual or linked sites. Accordingly,only developers with current secured funding, a track record of project delivery in roof-top projects at scale and a professional and experienced supply chain should submit an expression of interest.
