Ceredigion County Council and possibly Aberystwyth University wish to enter into a long term maintenance contract which will be carried out six monthly and thus seek competitive tenders from contractors with a view to awarding a contract on the following basis:A 3 year maintenance and call out service with the possibility of an extension of one year depending on performance.The fume cupboard servicing contractor must be on the CLEAPSS Guide R9a Suppliers and repairers –November 2014 to be deemed competent for this contract.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
