Descriptions
The Trust requires a number of Suppliers to enter into a Contract for the Provision of Funerals, and the Collection, Transportation and Storage of the Deceased from Community Hospital (only). The Contract will be awarded for 5 years, with the option to extend for two 12-month periods. The Trust co-ordinates and pays for Funeral arrangements for deceased Adult patients who have no relatives to pay the cost of the funeral. The Community Hospitals involved in this tender are: 1Brixham Hospital, Greenswood Road, Brixham TQ5 9HW 2Dawlish Hospital, Barton Terrace, Dawlish EX7 9QH 3Newton Abbot Hospital, West Goulds Road, Newton Abbot TQ12 2TS 4Totnes Hospital, Coronation Road, Totnes TQ9 5GH
