Descriptions
To set up a framework with suitably qualified firms to provide Architect Services for a range of refurbishment, conservation construction, M and E, security, fire safety and ICT projects across the estate.A maximum of 6 service providers will be selected for inclusion on the framework, with project fees established on a fixed fee and percentage basis. For each project, the relevant PED Senior Project Leader or Project Leader will select a single company to undertake the service by means of a mini tender.Other Contracting Authorities as set out in the Public Contract Regulations 2006, section 3 will be allowed to use the framework, but the requirements of House of Commons and House of Lords will take priority.
