Descriptions
To set up a framework with suitably qualified firms to provide Conservation Architect Services for a range of refurbishment, conservation construction, M and E, security, fire safety and ICT projects across the estate.It is intended to appoint 4 firms to the framework who will be asked, via a mini competition process, to bid for projects as they arise. There will also be a requirement to provide staff to support the Parliamentary Estates Directorate to cover for permanent Project Leader/staff absences or to cover vacancies for the short to medium term.
