Our Reference: 943FXPlus STRUCTURED CABLING Requirements Overview FXPlus is looking to appoint one supplier for a 12 month fixed term contract for cabling works and Campus Improvements on the Penryn and Woodlane campuses based in Cornwall. It is important to FXPlus to enter into contract with a company that is fully proficient in all areas of structured cabling. The structured cabling network is the backbone of the Campus and it is important to FXPlus that the design and installation are of a high quality that maximizes value-for-money. Falmouth Exeter Plus need to be able to have a cabling supplier who can be reactive to our requirements at short notice and work closely with the client in all stages from Design, Installation and Commissioning. Services and Works will vary and the Cabling supplier must be able to undertake works on all common cable types e.g. Coaxial cable, unshielded twisted pair, Fiber Optics, including blown fiber solutions and fusion splicing and copper. It is important to Falmouth Exeter Plus to have the consistency and continuity of design throughout these small works to ensure both resilience in design and robustness for growth.
