Tai Calon wish to appoint an experienced and qualified Agent to manage the refurbishment of Garn Road Flats Nantyglo, The EA will carry out their services under the RICS short form of consultants and the successful bidder for the design and build tender, which will follow the outcome of this service, will be using JCT Design and Build requirements contract form. The Agent will be expected to lead the Professional Team and Contractor, in a manner that promotes a spirit of mutual cooperation, to successfully deliver the project. The Agent is to be a single entity and will lead the project from RIBA Stage 0 through to Stage 7 (RIBA Small Project Plan of Work 2013 appendix 11).NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
