Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd Cyfngedig is a newly formed registered social landlord and is responsible for management of 6300 units of housing stock.The stock is mainly concentrated in the towns of Caernarfon, Pwllheli , Dolgellau , Bala Towyn and Bangor in the county of Gwynedd North Wales.It is seeking suitably experienced contractors to undertake its gas and associated servicing breakdown and maintenance contract. which includes the following activities :3 Star Gas Servicing to individual properties3 Star Gas Servicing to Communal propertiesSolid fuel servicingOil appliance servicingAppliance safety checks to void propertiesThe contract will be for an initial period of 3 years with the possible extension of up to a further two years dependent on performance .The contracting authority are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to work as strategic partners with the organisation their consultants and other contractor partners in order to deliver the contract.
