Descriptions
The named Contracting Authority will be Milnbank Housing Association Ltd, acting on behalf of Milnbank, Reidvale and Molendinar Park HA.It is the intention of the Associations to invite a minimum of 5 suitably experienced Suppliers to tender for their forthcoming 3 Year Gas Maintenance and Servicing Contract commencing on 1.4.2016, with the option of an extension over years 4 and 5 (subject to performance).The Contract will comprise the provision of a Fixed Rate, all inclusive (labour and materials) fully comprehensive annual servicing and reactive maintenance service of Gas Central Heating Installations, Gas Fires and Smoke Alarms covering all properties within the control of the participating Associations (approximately 2 950 properties).The period of the Fixed Rate contract shall be 3 Years commencing 1.4.2016, extendible (at the sole discretion of the Contracting Authority) for 2 further periods of 1 year.
