Clwyd Alyn Housing Association require a contractor to undertake quality management visits following gas servicing appointments by its in-house labour operatives. The contractor must be Gas Safe accredited and have experience of quality checking and auditing other operatives work.The contractor will be required to post-inspect ~2.5% of properties (80-100) per annum and provide a document certifying servicing conformance or recommending areas of improvement.Note - contractors must register their interest in this speculative notice by 08:00am Monday 15th October.
