NOTE: This notice was updated on 02 August 2016 for the following reason: MINOR ERROR IN ITT - Please note the following:- “Item No’s 1110B and 1110C in the Schedule of Works (King George V Pavilion) have the incorrect unit stated against them. The correct unit is “No” and 20 No of each should be allowed for as stated in the item description and as shown below. 1110BCarefully remove loose blocks identified during the survey. Allow for 20 No for tendering purposes20No 1110CClean removed blocks, level the underfloor and refix blocks using suitable adhesive. Allow for 20 No for tendering purposes20No “Minor planned maintenance repair works to 18 Corporate properties located across Castle Point Borough including; •Flat roof refurbishments •Installation of beam and block floor •Replacement windows •Minor building repairs, brickwork/render repairs, external cladding, roof repairs, decoration works, paving improvements, fire safety works, rainwater and soil goods, woodblock floor repairs and some investigation works as fully detailed in the Specification and Schedule of Works. The tender return date is 12.00 noon Thursday 25th August 2016. The tender period is 3 weeks.
