Descriptions
The works comprise of replacement of Timber/Asbestos Cladding, Facia’s, Soffits and Barge Boards with UPVC equivalent and colour match where required (plus insulation where required). In conjunction with the replacement of Timber items new UPVC Rainwater goods will also be fitted. The works will be required to use level platform access to execute the works. Contract value not to exceed £125000.00
