The UK Ministry of Defence (UK MOD) has previously issued a Pre-Procurement Notice (PPN) in February 2018 for the Market Engagement phase for the future of Maritime Support (including a Market Day and Request for Information) and a subsequent Prior Information Notice (PIN) issued in July 2018 advertising a second Market Day.UK MOD issued a Contract Notice on 3.10.2018 for combined Hard and Soft Facilities Management at Portsmouth. UK MOD is now issuing this Contract Notice (CN) to advertise the requirement for Soft Facilities Management only at Portsmouth under DSPCR 2011, (Estimated value: Category C: 20 000 000 GBP to 100 000 000 GBP), as part of the Future Maritime Support Programme (FMSP). An amended Contract Notice has been issued for hard facilities management only at Portsmouth.Potential Providers are invited to express their interest in this procurement by 12:00 noon on 28.11.2018, through the submission of a Pre-qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) including execution of a competition process agreement.The Authority has engaged Commerce Decisions Ltd to run the Competition Site (AWARD®) to support the PQQ process. The competition site is available as an internet-based portal, providing access to relevant information controlled via login and permissions. Operating instructions for the competition site are available on the competition site once login and permissions are issued.
