Colchester Borough Homes, acting as Contract Administrator, on behalf of Colchester Borough Council (the Council) is pleased to invite you to participate in the Tender Stage of this procurement exercise, which will be undertaken utilising a JCT Minor Works Building Contract 2011 Edition, incorporating Amendment 1, March 2015. The Council requires a Contractor to undertake the works as described in the Specification/ Schedule of Works to replace existing windows and doors in Colchester Borough Homes housing stock within the historic Dutch Quarter of Colchester. Full details are provided within the Specification documents and it is anticipated work will be completed by March 2018.
