GB-Leeds: Wellington House - 4th Floor Refurbishment Project
Descriptions
The West Yorkshire Combined Authority is refurbishing the 4th floor of its offices at Wellington House, to provide 60 open plan workspaces. The reconfiguration will require the removal of some existing internal partition walls, construction of new partition walls, suspended ceiling works and making good of all affected areas. Existing mechanical and electrical services will have to be altered to match the new layout. Wellington House will remain fully operational and will therefore be occupied throughout the duration of the works.
