This is a learning and development (L&D) project. It seeks to actively support middle leaders in adult social care. For the purposes of this project, we define middle leaders as Heads of Service and Team Leads. We would like to commission a contractor experienced with supporting L&D who can facilitate sensitive and responsive learning that develops confident and inclusive line management skills.
