Metropolitan is seeking to appoint a marketing agency to provide marketing services for housing sales in the B Zone of its flagship regeneration project, Clapham Park. For the purposes of clarification, this contract is for marketing services only – this is not a sales agency contract. Metropolitan is entering an exciting stage during its landmark regeneration of the Clapham Park Estate in South London. The latest phase of homes for sale will be under construction imminently and will see the transformation of the B-Zone, sited just west off Kings Avenue towards its southern end, into an exciting new development which will include 164 apartments for private sale across two blocks. Metropolitan is seeking an all-in-one brand consultancy/ marketing agency to deliver a site identity; high quality marketing collateral across a range of promotional channels; along with campaign consultancy which effectively positions the product in the market place achieving optimal sales value.
