Descriptions
Installation of Air Dampers and Associated Works to Surgical Block 71 on the Ground, First, Second. Third & Fourth Floors. Following the recent Chiller Replacement Project, we have partially surveyed the ductwork system with Howorth Air Technology who have identified repairs required and the installation of air dampers to enable the system to be balanced. These reports form the basis of the works required and each floor will also require a TR19 test. These reports do not identify the size of the Air Damper required therefore until access hatches are installed as part of the works this cannot be established at tender stage therefore we need a schedule of rates for the installation of standard dampers sizes.
