Descriptions
Teesside University seeks to procure a Research Ethics Review System for roll-out in the 2019/20 academic year. The solution will be adopted across the university's academic Schools and academic research staff communities via School Research Ethics Committees, and be used for reporting and audit purposes by the University Research Ethics & Integrity Committee and Research and Innovation Services. The system is required to optimise research ethics review procedures and processes and to ensure that all relevant student and staff research is review appropriately and efficiently. The University's preferred solution must be capable of being adapted in the future on the basis of increased volume of research ethics applications. The initial term of the contract will be 4 years with the option to extend for 12 month periods for an unlimited term. The option to extend will be assessed at the end of each annual period.
