British Business Bank is inviting interested Suppliers to tender for the provision of comprehensive customer journey maps for key processes across the Bank This will include translation of' BBB processes into horizontal customer journeys (group-wide, cutting across product verticals), identifying: How many customer journeys BBB has overall (in relation to the processes identified in batches 1-3); and Which internal ('back-stage') processes underpin the delivery of which customer journeys Further detail can be found on the Delta e-Sourcing Portal in the link below, all clarifications/submissions must be sent via the portal to ensure transparency and audit-ability.
