The Centre seeks to appoint an agency / agencies to run a national bilingual marketing and communications campaign during July, August and September in order to:•Attract new learners to register online for Entry (Beginners) level courses in September.•Encourage current learners to follow further courses in September.•Create a positive impression of learning Welsh.The campaign should be integrated, working on different platforms and targeting all Wales.
