The contractor will be expected•to manage the membership scheme from application to renewal, offer a 24 hour helpline for membership enquiries and act as the primary interface for members•be responsible for the management and maintenance of the membership database in line with data protection and commercial confidentiality •to produce the members’ magazine – currently a full colour A4 magazine [24pp] in Welsh and English editionsBids are invited from recognised contractors who can demonstrate a track record in managing membership schemes together with maintenance of membership databases and production of a members’ magazine.Contractors will need to demonstrate that they have the experience, capacity and resources to deliver all three elements of the contract.
