The following operations:Will include:— Emergency repair service (excluding out of hours),— General responsive repairs services,— Minor batched repairs,— Void repair and improvements,— Minor Aids and adaptations.May include:— Major void Refurbishment work up to the value of 50 000 GBP.The works specifically exclude gas servicing and all related gas/heating works as these are being contracted separately.The form of contract will be the JCT Measured Term Contract with amendments.
