Banbury Town Council is seeking expressions of interest from contractors for its general grounds maintenance contract due to start on the 1.4.2020. The closing date for these to be received by the Town Council is the 27.9.2019.This is 1 of 2 grounds maintenance contracts that will be tendered in October 2019 through a competitive procedure with negotiation. The evidence provided by prospective contractors through this expressions of interest notice will be assessed, with a shortlist drawn up of potentially 3-5 contractors who will be invited to tender for the work.This general grounds maintenance contract will include tasks such as the maintenance of grass areas, shrub beds, mixed borders, hedges, play areas, hard surfaces (including street weed spraying), seasonal bedding and some drainage features.
