Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council has launched the Building the Future Together - £13.9m European Social Fund (ESF) Project. The project is co-ordinated by the Education and Lifelong Learning Directorate of Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council, and Coleg Morgannwg is a joint sponsor.The Project requires a specialist Organisation to provide a Generic Employability Skills Programme – on behalf of young people aged 14-19 who are likely to have basic skills deficits, are likely to be disengaged or at risk of disengagement with formal education and are likely to display both emotional and behavioural difficultiesThe programme delivered should engage young people and encourage participation in generic employability skills programmes, which can be delivered over a 6-week period.
