Transport for London conducted this procurement on behalf of the Greater London Authority (GLA). The GLA, on behalf of the Greater London Returning Officer (GLRO), require a service provider for the design, print, delivery, and overall project management of the Election Booklet to approx. 6.2 million voters and its related accessible materials to every registered voter in Greater London. The Booklet will contain information regarding the elections including, statement from GLRO, date of the elections, purpose of the election booklet, list of all Assembly and Mayoral candidates and the order they will appear on the ballot papers, name and address of GLRO, where voters can vote, what to expect at the polling station and an election day guide. This is a statutory requirement.This procurement was conducted via a mini-competition on the Crown Commercial Services Print Management Framework (RM6170) - Lot 2.
