GLA 80927 — Removal and Disposal of Fly Tipped Material.

Descriptions

The GLA has a serious problem with fly-tipping, the illegal dumping of rubbish/waste on its land, which is not licensed to receive it. The rubbish can be dangerous to health and can pollute land and waterways and costs significant amounts of public money to clear away. The purpose of this contract opportunity is to engage with suitably qualified service providers, as part of a Framework Agreement, for the removal and disposal of fly-tipped material from GLA land and properties. The Framework will be in 2 Lots: 1. General Fly-Tipped waste material (e.g. construction and household) 2. Specialist waste removal (e.g. contaminated sludge and asbestos).
