MEET THE BUYER EVENTThe Grwp will be hosting 3 ‘Meet the Buyer’ events for suppliers to come to the college and discuss this opportunity and how to tender.These will be as follows:•7th Oct, GLLM Llangefni Campus•14th Oct, GLLM Dolgellau Campus•4th Nov, Rhos on Sea CampusPlease contact Clare Bowley at GLLM to register your interest for the event. 01492 546666 ex 1449. c.bowley@gllm.ac.ukAbout the Building Planned and Reactive Maintenance FrameworkThe purpose of this exercise is to put a framework agreement in place with a number of suppliers for the provision Maintenance Services for Mechanical and Electrical Plant and Equipment and Building Fabric. The general types of services that this framework will cover include all or part of the following elements:•Planned Preventative Maintenance for all electrical, heating, air conditioning, water and ventilation systems•Response Maintenance for all electrical, heating, air conditioning, water and ventilation systems•Provision of statutory certification and risk assessments•Safety Checks for gas•Catering Equipment Maintenance•Lightning Protection Maintenance•Response Maintenance for building fabric components e.g. doors, windows, locks, shelving, furniture, partitions, ceilings, flooring•Plumbing works including maintenance, repair and operation of water, drainage and sewerage infrastructure and building systemsThe framework agreement will be split into 2 geographical regions as detailed below.
