Grwp Llandrillo Menai (the Contracting Authority) is inviting tenders from suitably experienced contractors to carry out the supply and construction of the proposed Scaffolding and Shuttering Joinery Centre at the Llangefni Campus, LL77 7HY, North Wales.The scope of works can be summarised as follows:The design, manufacture and erection of a single storey steel framed building of approximately 2600 m2 gross internal floor area, comprising of main structure (scaffolding training bays) and 2 adjoining structures with lower ridge heights (shuttering joinery/general building operative workshop).NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=83366.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
