This notice is to advise on an extension of the global evaluation framework agreement, until 31 August 2022, and with a potential increase of GBP 50 million, to facilitate service continuity and allow for redesign of a replacement framework in line with renewed UK Ministerial Priorities.The purpose of evaluation in FCDO is to contribute to improving the impact and value for money of ODA, whilst supporting the effective delivery of development strategic objectives. In support of this purpose FCDO (formerly DFID) had established a Global Evaluation Framework Agreement (GEFA) to ensure the provision of efficient and effective expert services for the design and conduct of evaluations. This extension to GEFA will allow for a redesign of the framework that will take into account ministerial strategic goals and priorities.
