We are looking to re-engage with the market, following recent procurements to ensure that commissioning and procurement activities in relation to the delivery of residential and nursing care, in care home settings, reflects current market conditions, provider capabilities, and potential for innovation. This engagement is intended to shape a refreshed and deliverable approach to meet both commissioner and provider needs. This work will help inform us of our approach to future commissioning and development opportunities. This may include work to refine our requirements and procurement strategy, identify barriers to participation, explore better delivery models, and build supplier confidence and interest.
