Descriptions
Glow is Scotland's national education platform. It provides a set of integrated online tools, services and resources within a secure, trusted environment. Glow was commissioned in 2005 with RM Education plc as sole supplier on a five year contract, with options to extend the contract by up to two years. In order to facilitate the transition to the successor service to Glow, on the 14.6.2012 the Scottish Government extended the existing contract with RM to the 15.12.2013.
