Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council is seeking expressions of interest from appropriate service providers. In general terms the Contracting Authority will be seeking the following services for the site.1.Managing the site including ensuring safety on the site, organising day to day repairs and ensuring the site is clean and tidy.2.Managing the maintenance budget for the site.3.Assisting residents in accessing services that they are entitled to.4.Assisting residents in advocacy when required.5.Assisting with the collect of rent and charges including liaison with Housing Benefits and assistance to residents in making claims.6.Maintaining a list of names of applicants for any vacant pitch or pitches in accordance with the allocations criteria provided by MTCBC.7.Granting licenses on behalf of Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council to occupiers of individual pitches on the site and ensuring that all pitches are used only for the purposes of siting caravans for use as residences.Any providers seeking to express an interest, should do so via sell2wales.
