The GM BHG Enterprise Team is planning a large-scale event for our clients and stakeholders. We are seeking to appoint a main contractor who can provide a comprehensive, turnkey solution, managing the event from start to finish. The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the event, including but not limited to: •Planning and venue sourcing •Marketing and promotion of the event •Production of marketing materials •Booking musicians and entertainment •Sourcing and setting up all relevant AV equipment •Event day coordination, including facilitation and organisation •Post-event data capture and reporting •Hiring a videographer and managing the filming on the day The GM BHG Enterprise Team is committed to promoting business growth and entrepreneurship.
