Procurement of services to: -Build capacity/ capability to participate in neighbourhood partnerships, action planning and co-production with residents as part of our Ageing in Place Pathfinder -Connect residents in 10 Pathfinder neighbourhoods with each other to share and exchange knowledge and build skills -work with residents to create stories of the work and impact of the Ageing in Place neighbourhoods -deliver a Pathfinder wide campaign / project that reflects on the experiences of older residents participating in the Pathfinder and what they need to be in place to support participation. -Deliver a legacy for the Pathfinder by encouraging / supporting those older residents to become part of the GM wide Talking About My Generation (TAMG) newsroom.
