Descriptions
To facilitate the construction of Active Travel Routes (ATR) through Le Val Andre and West Park / Westmount Gardens to the proposed Overdale Acute Hospital Facility. This tender opportunity relates to the provision of various arboricultural works and services, shared monitoring, waste segregation and disposal. These works and services all form part of the wider Development Works on the site known as Overdale.
This opportunity will be awarded under a single Contract of NEC4 ECSC Short Form (Option A).
The anticipated start on site date is late December 2025.
