The Gorwel Consortium intends to establish a Framework Agreement with a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for the supply and fit of its windows & doors requirements over the next 3 years, with the option to extend the agreement for an additional period of up to 12 months. Gorwel Consortium consists of five individual housing associations operating in the South, West and Mid Wales regions.(Note: This agreement will also be made available to other Welsh HousingAssociations and Public Sector bodies)
