This contract is for the provision of GP Advice and Guidance Service. GP can access a network of Secondary Care consultants for advice with patient triage and onward referral. This contract has a block element of £36,000 per annum plus a cost and volume element paid at price per activity. The cost and volume activity for 2023/24 was £50,466. This notice is for a Direct Award C PSR process to commence from the xxth of October 2024 for 12 months bringing the lifetime value of the contract to the value of c. £86,000. Under the test for considerable change this is within the permitted criteria (not exceeding £500,000 and 25%).
