NHS Arden and GEM CSU, on behalf of NHS England North Midlands, Cannock Chase CCG and South East Staffordshire and Seisdon Peninsula CCG (the Commissioners) under delegated commissioning arrangements, have awarded contracts for Primary Medical Services at Lot 1 – The Horsefair Practice, Lot 2 – Sandy Lane Surgery and Lot 3 – Burntwood Health and Wellbeing Centre.For Lots 1 and 2 the contracts are for an initial period of 10 years, with the commissioner having the option to extend for a further 5 years (maximum duration 15 years). For Lot 3 the contract is for a period of 5 years with no option to extend. The contract is expected to start on 1.4.2019.
