The house at Grafton Lock is subject to high water tables during the winter when it is very wet and flood water has caused the hardstanding areas around the back of the house to crack and fail causing a trip hazard. The project is to remove and replace the concrete hardstanding to the rear entrance and undertake repairs to the drainage runs to the septic tank.
