Descriptions
Suffolk County Council is seeking to appoint a provider to individually tailor a caseworker service and operate a Youth Jobcentre in Ipswich which will accommodate and promote collaboration between caseworkers, Jobcentre Plus (JCP) advisors and other employment organisations. To ensure every unemployed young person (aged 16-24) receives the support they need to enter employment or re-engage in education. In the outlying districts of (Babergh, Mid Suffolk and Suffolk Coastal) the provider will need to demonstrate an outreach solution which ensures young people in these areas can also access the caseworker service and receive the level of support they need. We are particularly interested in innovative ICT solutions which minimise the need for travel. Discussion during the Competitive dialogue process will include the means of the service delivery.
