Consultancy services are required to support the Green Bus Routes Project team in taking the improvement of the Green Bus Route 86 / 86A through to an approved Full Business Case (FBC), a completed detailed design and preparation of tenders for construction. The 86 / 86A-bus route has been prioritised for investment. The commission has been split into key tasks; 1 to 4 forming the critical path through the project, and 5 to 7 requiring input across the life of the project, as follows:1.Analysis and validation of existing work (1 month)2.Preliminary design (9 months)3.Detailed design (6 months)4.Tender support (2 months)5.Business Case development6.Public and stakeholder engagement7.Optional tasks, including modelling and appraisal
