The Coal Authority is looking for specialist contractors to undertake ground and mine entry stabilisation work by drilling and grouting techniques within the coalfields of Great Britain.The framework will be split into three lots as listed below and tenderers may price for all lots or the lot(s) of their choice.• Lot 1 – Drilling and grouting with unobstructed open access equipment;• Lot 2 – Drilling with restricted height/restricted access equipment;• Lot 3 – Drilling and solution grouting with restricted height/restricted access equipment.Successful tenderers will enter into a 4-year framework in accordance with the NEC4 Framework Contract and the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Short Contract and additional Z clauses.
