Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping Contract.

Descriptions

The works involved are a grounds maintenance and landscaping contract for two housing organisation's in Glasgow- Copperworks Housing Co-operative and Spire View Housing Association. The works will include:1) grass cutting to common areas and private gardens2) the maintenance of planted areas including trees, bushes, shrubs and hedges.3) The tending of hard standing areas which will include weed spraying and de-littering.The majority of the works will be seasonal between the months of April and October/November depending on seasonal weather conditions.
