Swansea University wishes to conduct a tender for the Ground Maintenance at Hendrefoilan Student Village for one year with option of a further year. The successful company is to provide and carry the full cost of all overheads, labour, plant, equipment and materials as specified in the documents. The successful company will be required to carry out all of these operations to comply with all current (at time of execution) Legislation, Welfare, Health and Safety Regulations, Green and Environmental Requirements. Adopt all best practices and engaging appropriately trained Supervision & Personnel, properly maintained and serviced machinery, vehicles & equipment. Furthermore, all aspects of the Contractor’s presence and operations on site shall be conducted in full accordance with all Swansea University Contractors Code of Practice.The Contractor will be encouraged to report constructive suggestions in the continuous improvement in the Grounds Maintenance Facilities at the Hendrefoelan Student Village Site.
