Descriptions
The council has procured a contract for the provision of grounds maintenance in parks (including sports turf), cemetery maintenance and burial work. The contract is for a minimum of 5 years with the option for the council to extend the contract for up to a further two years. The contractor will be required to enter into a lease with the council in respect of the council's premises which will be used for the performance of the services.
